Peach Pie Smoothie
1/2 cup nonfat or 1 percent lowfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup unsweetened frozen peaches
1 T. honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground ginger

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

Guilt Free Eggnog
Put one scoop of Vanilla protein powder in blender
1 1/2 cups cold water.
1 tsp. rum extract**
Dash of cinnamon
3-5 ice cubes.
Blend at high speed for a few minutes until thick. Serves 1.

** For variety, you can also substitute almond extract.
